A set of illustrations for an 8-storey, 100% electric, green-powered, fossil fuel-free commercial office building on the doorstep of the vibrant James Street precinct in the heart of Fortitude Valley.

The illustrations were used as part of the building branding and proposed wayfinding, using Australian natives to match the gardens throughout.
